Who are these shoots for?
My shoots are for women of all ages, bodies, backgrounds, and life paths! They are for any woman who is looking to recharge her soul by connecting to nature and allow me to reflect it's beauty back to her and through her. To invest in a special experience just for her.
Why would I do a shoot?
To feel empowered, to honour yourself and your journey in this present moment, to say yes to your worth and to accept yourself from the inside out, unconditionally. My shoots are an invitation to love yourself more deeply, and to step into your inner magic and light. To ground yourself into the beauty of nature and to honour that you are not seperate from it.
Where do the shoots take place?
My shoots are based in West Auckland in some beautiful areas of the Waitakere Ranges and on the West Coast. If there is a particular location that you'd like to shoot at, I'm also open to travelling to and discovering new locations! I also travel to Rotorua every couple of months and am available to shoot NZ wide with a travel fee.
What do I wear?
I encourage you to wear anything that makes you feel confident, feminine, comfortable, and most of all like yourself! Dresses, skirts, solid colours in light, white, neutral or earthy tones that are in harmony with nature are a great idea. Feel free to bring a few options if you are unsure, or send me any pictures prior! I also have a few pieces avilable to borrow through my client wardrobe.
Do you do maternity shoots?
Yes, all my packages are available to be booked as maternity shoots, and it's an honour for me to capture this sacred time in a women's life. As my shoots are intimate, 1:1 experiences with women, partners and children may only be included for the first or last 15 minutes.
I've never done anything like this and I'm nervous. Does this matter?
Absolutely not! Feeling nervous or anxious about being in front of the camera is completely normal and I encourage you to not let this stop you. Making sure that you feel relaxed and comfortable is very important to me and our shoot will be a fun and easy-going experience that I will guide you through. I am here to create a warm and relaxed experience for you, and a safe space for you to be and express yourself. I will gently guide you through poses and hold space for you to feel confident and free to be your authentic self. And a reminder that beautiful things happen when we step outside of our comfort zones!
I'm looking to use the images for my personal brand or business. Is this okay?
Yes! If my style of photography and shoots aligns with your personal brand or business, then I would love to talk more about how we can bring your vision to life and create some beautiful branding images for you.
How do I book a shoot?
Follow the below link, fill out the form and I will get back to you as soon as I can to organise your shoot. A $100 deposit is required to book your shoot date, and the remainder of the balance is due prior to the day of your shoot.
